Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme

The project PORTS aims at strengthening the Apulian sea links with Montenegrin and Albanian coasts, in order to support socio-economic growth of the two main coastal area cross border systems. Integrated transport (passenger and freight) will also be strengthened across Ionian and Adriatic Seas, in order to boost sustainable development and full inclusion of areas characterized by complex accessibility.
